Delivery Policy
All the transactions confirmations and order information will be sent to the email address the customer mentions in the order form at the cart and checkout.
Online Flower Shop delivers throughout the UAE, however conditionally as follows:
For Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, the total order value exclusive of delivery charges must be AED99 or above.
For Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm al Quwain, the order value, exclusive of delivery charges, must be AED 600 or above.

Will we call the receiver before delivery?
It depends on the location and your special instruction. If location is clear to our courier then he will not call to the receiver.
Will we mentioned sender name?
By default, we will not disclose sender details. Either order is annonymouse or not.
If the receiver will inquire about sender details, we always follow special instruction and annonymouse option selected at checkout page.
Regarding greeting message, we will just copy paste and print your message as it is.
